Review: Asus Eee PC 901

Pros

  • Small and light

  • Reasonably well built and durable

  • Flash-based storage

  • Intel Atom processor surprisingly capable

  • Surprisingly acceptable battery life

Cons

  • Impressive, but ASUS already has several superior Eee PC models on the market

  • 12GB of storage isn't a single drive (one 4GB drive and one 8GB drive)

  • White plastics feel nice but "look" cheap

  • Keyboard too small/cramped
  • Temperatures are a little too hot
