Review: BENQ JOYBOOK X31

BenQ has just launched a new slim notebook included in its Joybook series, dedicated to the stylish customers.

The 1-inch thick Joybook X31 has a 13.3-inch LED display with 300 nits brightness, HDMI connectivity, biometric fingerprint sensor, delivering superb graphics via the nVIDIA GeForce 8600M GT video card with 512MB memory, all these encased in resistant magnesium-aluminum alloy which adds the metallic finish on the bronze background.

In addition to the LED display technology, the notebook features also UltraVivid Technology with Display Brilliance Enhancement Film for sharp images even in special light conditions.

It is powered by the Intel Core 2 Duo LV L7500 processor with 1.6GHz speeds, and runs on Windows Vista operating system, integrating the Mobile Intel PM965 Express Chipset, up to 4GB RAM memory, up to 250GB HDD storage, a 8X DVD Super-Multi optical drive, a bettery of up to 6-cell Lithium-Ion for 3.5 hours of operating time, modem, Ethernet connectivity, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 2x 1.5W speaker system, microphone, high definition audio, and built-in 3MP web camera.

The notebook measures 320 x 229 x 25.3 mm and weighs 1.60 Kg without the battery.
